The present invention relates to a firearm from the rotary head Tvp, comprising a housing part made of plastic or metal, a Verschlussträgerführimg metal, one of the Verschlussträgerführung over the housing longitudinally displaceably guided fastener carrier, in which a closure head is rotatably mounted, and a recorded from the housing part Verriegelunasbueh. made of metal, in which a barrel can be fixed and, in alignment with the barrel, the closure head is drehverriegelbar.
Turret-type firearms, for example, are widely used as AR-10/15 army rifles, including the American M16 assault rifle. In order to minimize the weight of such firearms, their housing parts are usually made of plastic or light metal, e.g. Aluminum, manufactured. Heavily loaded parts such as barrel, locking bushing and lock carrier with bolt head, on the other hand, are made of steel. Due to the poor sliding properties of the steel of the closure support on the aluminum or plastic of the housing part intensive treatment with special lubricants is necessary. This leads to an additional sensitivity of the weapon against pollution by Pulverschmauch, sand, mud, ice, etc., whose particles adhere to the lubricant film and thereby substantially reduce the sliding action. The Ml6 therefore requires frequent and intensive cleaning to avoid malfunction. The Austrian patent no. 513,144 of the same Applicant discloses, for guiding the closure carrier in the housing part on the inner surface of the housing part slide rails made of a different material from the housing material to allow sliding of the closure carrier in the housing part with little or even completely without lubricant. The present invention aims to further improve the prior art and to provide a firearm with high stability and precision.
This object is inventively achieved with a firearm of the aforementioned type, which is characterized in that the lock carrier guide is at least in the longitudinal direction of the firearm motion-rigidly connected directly to the locking bushing.
By such a direct connection between the closure carrier guide and the locking sleeve reliable operation of the rotary head lock is ensured over a long service life of the firearm, since the movable lock carrier relative to the locking sleeve and the barrel is permanently supported precisely. Since the greatest forces occur in the longitudinal direction of the firearm, a connection which is rigid in terms of motion in this direction alone is already sufficient to achieve this support effect. The heavily used
Parts, i. the barrel, the lock bushing, the lock carrier and the lock carrier with the lock head, which significantly affect the durability, stability and precision of the firearm, can be dimensioned and constructed according to their requirements, whereas the housing or the housing part largely free from such stress is and thus can be built 'especially weight-saving. The closure carrier is securely guided in the closure carrier guide, so that their material pairing can be matched to each other in terms of good sliding properties and robustness. The barrel, locking bushing and closure may also be interchangeable, if desired, to e.g. replace worn parts and / or make a caliber change on an existing firearm.
In order to produce a simple, stable and yet releasable connection between the lock carrier guide and locking bushing, it is advantageous if the lock carrier guide is connected to the locking bush via a groove / spring connection which acts in a movement-resistant manner in the longitudinal direction of the firearm.
According to a further advantageous embodiment, the lock carrier guide by screwing, welding, compression or the like. connected to the locking socket. In this way, a motion-rigid connection of the lock carrier guide is made in all directions with the locking bush, which leads to even higher stability of the fire weapon and also, depending on the design, either permanent or detachable.
It is particularly advantageous if the closure carrier guide is additionally connected to the housing part in a non-positive and / or positive fit. In this way, a secure fit of the lock carrier guide is ensured on the housing part. The precision of the firearm also in cooperation e.g. with an attached to the housing part target device is thereby increased. Furthermore, the forces absorbed by the closure carrier guide can be transferred specifically to the housing part.
According to a particularly advantageous embodiment, the closure carrier guide has a substantially C-shaped cross-section, the ends of the C each forming an inwardly directed rail, which rails engage in lateral longitudinal grooves of the closure carrier. Such a closure carrier guide formed in this way is easy to produce and already very stable in itself, whereby it can also be generated material and thus saving weight. Furthermore, the inwardly directed rails, in cooperation with the lateral longitudinal grooves of the closure carrier, provide a permanently secure and precise sliding fit and thereby prevent tilting of the closure carrier in the closure carrier guide and consequently jamming and / or damage to the firearm.
It is particularly advantageous if the lock carrier guide has anchors to which a handle is attached directly. In this way, acting in particular in the longitudinal direction of the weapon forces directly to the handle part and with this in such firearms usually connected pistons are derived to the shoulder of a shooter. The housing part is thereby further relieved of force. The lock carrier guide is in this case a central element for connecting all essential for the function of the firearm parts.
In a further advantageous variant of the firearm, the closure carrier guide has an opening for the connection of a magazine shaft and the passage of a knock-off mechanism. In this way, the usual supply of ammunition and also a usual knocking sichergestel.lt; Such a closure carrier guide has a frame-like structure, whereby weight is saved with comparable stability.
The invention will be explained in more detail with reference to an embodiment shown in the accompanying drawings. In the drawings show:
1 shows a firearm according to the invention of Drehkopfver-circuit type in exploded view in perspective view obliquely from above;
2 shows a detail of the firearm of FIG. 1 in the region of the closure carrier guide in longitudinal section;
3 shows the detail from FIG. 2 in a rear view in the longitudinal direction of the firearm; FIGS. 4 to 6 show the closure carrier guide of FIG. 2 in a perspective view obliquely from above (FIG. 4), in side view (FIG. 5) and in rear view (FIG. 6); and
Fig. 7 shows the bolt carrier of the firearm of Fig. 1 in rear view.
1, a firearm 1 has a housing part 2 and a handle part 3. The housing part 2 takes a locking bushing 4 stage, in which a run 5 from the front, e.g. by means of a bayonet coupling 6, can be fixed. The firearm 1 is e.g. a handgun, such as a semi-automatic or automatic rifle.
The firearm 1 has a rotary head closure 7 with a closure carrier 8 and a closure head 9 which is at least rotatable in the closure carrier 8 and, as a rule, also mounted slightly axially displaceably.
The lock carrier 8 is longitudinally displaceable in a lock carrier guide IQ relative to the housing part 2, i. in the direction of the longitudinal axis L (FIG. 2) of the firearm 1, between a front end position in which the closure head 9 is locked in rotation with the barrel 5 in the locking bush 4, and a rear end position in which the closure 7 is opened, guided.
The housing part 2 essentially serves to protect the mechanically movable elements of the firearm 1, e.g. of the rotary head closure 7, from contact and contamination, for protection against contact with the hot run 5 and the
Attachment of attachments, e.g. on a Picatinny-Scniene 11, to the firearm 1. In contrast to those in operation mechanically. heavily loaded parts of the firearm 1 such as the barrel 5, the locking sleeve 4, the rotary head closure 7 and the closure carrier guide 10, the housing part 2 and also the part of: Handle 3 - be made of lightweight, mechanically less demanding material. In the present case, the housing part 2 is made of aluminum or plastic, and the barrel 5, the locking sleeve 4, the rotary head closure 7 and the lock carrier guide 10 are made of steel.
The handle part 3 comprises in addition to a handle. 12 and a piston 13, which may optionally be adjustable and / or combined into a member, a trigger 14 for actuating a knock-down mechanism 15 and a magazine shaft 16 for coupling a magazine 17 for feeding new ammunition to the cartridge chamber 18 (FIG. 2) of FIG Run 5.
The structure and effect of the closure carrier guide 10 will be described below with reference to FIGS. 2 to 7.
In a Repetiervorgang after a knocking off the firearm 1 is the turret shutter 7, which is outlined in Fig. 2 for clarity only in outline, first in its outlined front Sndstellung (Fig. 2), wherein the shutter head 9 with its outwardly directed Teeth r9a (Fig. I) behind inwardly directed teeth 19b (Fig. 3) the locking bushing 4 in the manner of a bayonet coupling is rotatably locked. By the repeating process, the closure head 9, e.g. in a known manner by means of a slotted guide in the lock carrier 8, rotated therein and unlocked relative to the locking sleeve 4, whereupon lock carrier 8 and lock head 9 slide together in the rear Sndstellung and possibly pull a knocked out empty cartridge case (not shown) from the cartridge chamber 18 and eject. In the next step of the repeating process, new ammunition from the magazine 17 is fed through the magazine shaft 16 and pushed into the cartridge chamber 18 by the rotary head closure 7, which in turn is pressed into its front end position by spring force. backdrop guided - is locked in the lock bushing 4. For automatic repetition, the closure support 8 has a nose 8a for the attack of a gas pressure operated, not shown in detail in Fig. 2 linkage.
The lock carrier guide 10 is at least in the longitudinal direction, i. in the direction of the longitudinal axis L of the firearm 1, rigid with the locking bush 4 directly, i. in immediate contact, connected. According to the illustrated example, the lock carrier guide 10 has for this purpose a transversely to the longitudinal axis L extending, the locking bushing 4 facing groove 20, in which a spring 21 of the Verriegelunas socket 4 engages and thereby acts motionless in the longitudinal direction of the firearm. It is understood that alternatively groove 20 and spring 21 could be reversed; furthermore, another type of rigid connection could be chosen, e.g. by a pin or the like projecting from one of the two components, locking bush 4 and lock carrier guide 10, into a recess on the other component. Alternatively or additionally, the closure carrier guide 10 by screwing, welding, compression or the like. be permanently or releasably connected to the locking socket 4.
If desired, the closure carrier guide 10 may additionally be non-positively and / or positively connected to the housing part 2. In the example of FIGS. 3 to 6, the closure carrier guide 10 has lateral projections 22 which are inserted into recesses 23 of the housing part 2. Alternatively or additionally, the closure carrier guide 10 can be adhesively bonded to the housing part 2 and / or connected by means of one or more pins, screws or rivets 24, see FIGS. 1 and 2.
In the present example, the closure carrier guide 10 essentially has the cross section of a "C" lying on its side, the ends of the C each forming an inwardly directed rail 25a, 25b, which rails 25a, 25b into lateral longitudinal grooves 26a, 26b of the closure carrier 8 The closure carrier 8 with its substantially circular cross-section except for the nose 8a is thereby partially surrounded on the underside by the C-shaped closure carrier guide 10 and is provided with its longitudinal grooves 26a, 26b in the rails 25a, 25b of the closure carrier guide 10 Alternatively, the longitudinal grooves 26a, 26b and rails 25a, 25b could be arranged on the respective other part, closure carrier 8 or closure carrier guide 10, furthermore, only a single, eg T-shaped, rail could engage in a groove complementary thereto, or the C of the closure carrier guide 10 surrounds the closure carrier 8 over more than half the se ines circumference.
The handle part 3 could be attached to the housing part 2 and close it down; in the present example, however, the lock carrier guide 10 anchors, here: a front and a rear transverse bore 27a, 27b, for this purpose. At these anchors 27a, 27b, the handle part 3 is directly attached e.g. attached with pins 28a, 28b. The anchorages could alternatively be screwed, riveted, latched or similar anchors; Furthermore, the handle part 3 could be attached to the lock carrier guide 10 by means of a single anchorage. For the connection of the magazine shaft 16 as well as for the passage of the trigger mechanism 15 triggered by the trigger 14, which e.g. operated with a percussion hammer 29 a mounted in the rotary head closure 7 firing pin, the lock carrier guide 10 has an opening 30 which extends in the present example over large parts of the bottom of the "C", see Fig. 4. Depending on the design of the handle part. 3 For example, the opening 30 can be divided continuously or by one or more transverse webs of the closure carrier guide 10.
The invention is not limited to the illustrated embodiments, but includes all variants, combinations and modifications, which in the context of the appended claims fa 1.1 en.
